Independence, Mo. — Centerpoint Medical Center — part of HCA Midwest Health, Kansas City’s largest healthcare provider — has named Justin Inglett chief financial officer (CFO).

With 12 years of healthcare experience, Inglett brings strategic financial acumen and a strong track record in hospital operations, performance improvement and long-range planning. He joins Centerpoint Medical Center from HCA Healthcare’s South Atlantic Division, where he served as CFO of Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, Georgia, and previously as Assistant CFO at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah.

During his tenure at Memorial Satilla Health, Inglett led initiatives that increased volumes, reduced length of stay and strengthened physician engagement, positioning the hospital for sustainable growth. His portfolio included oversight of accounting, cath lab, IT, patient access, pharmacy, inpatient rehab and supply chain. He also played a key leadership role in the hospital’s command center during Hurricane Helene.

“Justin brings a blend of financial discipline, operational experience and collaborative leadership that will benefit our teams and the community we serve,” said Centerpoint Medical Center CEO Patrick Rafferty. “As we continue strengthening our services and expanding access to high-quality care in Independence and Eastern Jackson County, his guidance will be instrumental in advancing our strategy and supporting our Excellence ALWAYS culture.”

“I’m honored to join Centerpoint Medical Center and to support the exceptional teams who care for this community every day,” Inglett said. “HCA Midwest Health has a long-standing reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care. I look forward to partnering with our leaders, physicians and colleagues as we continue strengthening our operations and expanding the services our patients rely on.”

Prior to joining HCA Healthcare in 2022, Inglett held finance, supply chain and administrative roles at healthcare organizations in South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro.
